Dogness Headquarters Campus is a design and manufacturing hub for Smart Pet Products in Dongguan, China. Conceptualized as an ecosystem for nurturing innovative ideas, the campus comprises four towers, including a manufacturing plant, an office tower, a research and development centre, and an activity centre organized around a central courtyard. The towers stand separately due to their distinct functions, yet they are visually connected via sky bridges. Intimately enclosed within the campus, the central courtyard provides a garden area for its users and is a public leisure space. The façade of the main office tower is dominated by strong vertical lines, representing the upward and innovative growth of the company. It is the tallest building on the site, standing at a height of 102 m. The remaining buildings reflect a subtle sensibility with its horizontal windows, representing the company’s grounding roots in the manufacturing sector. As a result, the campus is a novel architectural type in Dongguan that connects industrial and commercial programs into a singular and holistic complex. The site is re-imagined from an industrial context to a multi-function one.
