Innovation Valley No. 3

The renovation of Innovation Valley No. 3 Park consists of four vacant buildings. It is adjacent to Huangqi Mountain and is planned for scientific research. The design connects two existing buildings to provide a variety of office spaces. Strategic demolition of an existing block opens the main building to the view of Hunagqi Mountain and the lake. The cantilevered second floor of the main building and the floor-to-ceiling glass windows on the first floor create a garden space with panoramic views. The facade of the complex is comprised of strips of brown colored aluminum slats, which highlight the contemporary nature of the project.
